Life Coach Session: Running away from yourself

Run away from yourself; it’s the easiest thing to do. 

Accepting who you are is the toughest thing to do. 

Finally, you’re going to discover some sort of acceptance.

Running from your suffering, hardship, despair, and fear is easier. 

Pretending to be someone else is simple to do. 

Acting as if everything is perfect with you makes things easier.

 It’s easy to blend in with the crowd. 

Being oneself is the toughest thing to do. 

You must accept your own reality, your own imperfections, at some point. 

Even though this reality also includes other things like anxiety, suffering, and depression. 

And when you accept it, you accept other things as well. 

Things that are truly enjoyable. 

The satisfaction that comes from being oneself rather than escaping yourself.
