Have you ever been in a situation when you thought everything about you is just so wrong?
Known as a danger zone.
The more immersed you are, the more you want to play badly.
When you are in a bad situation, negative things draw more into you.
More adverse circumstances will result from negative thinking.
For instance, if you feel like you’ve failed at everything, you may be more likely to engage in risky behaviours like drinking, using drugs, partying, staying up late, eating improperly, or avoiding social situations—all of which will have a detrimental effect on your health and quality of life.
A depressed environment breeds a depressive existence.
You need to be wary of such stimulants.
You’re about to leave that dangerous area.
Avoid getting into it.
As soon as you see it is happening to you, attempt to take positive action to keep yourself out of danger.
For instance, even apparently minor actions—like getting up early, exercising, maintaining a healthy diet, communicating with a friend or visiting a relative or friends—can make a difference.
Your mind and body won’t slide into a negative environment once you stick to the positive energy.
Things will turn out well eventually.
