Life Coach Session: The opposite

The concept of opposites implies the presence of a balance between two opposing forces in order to achieve equilibrium. 

This holds true in all aspects of life, which is why it is important to consider the opposite when making decisions. 

Taking into account both sides of any situation can help to ensure satisfaction and fulfilment for all involved, as well as allowing for equal giving and receiving. 

It is essential to think both linearly and nonlinearly when choosing between good or bad, right or wrong, desirable or undesirable. 

Finding a suitable balance between these two extremes can lead to important and valuable outcomes in any situation, and ultimately happiness will be achievable by looking at both the positive and negative aspects of any situation.

For example, if one side of a fork has food on it then the other side should also have some food on it too in order to make sure that both sides of the fork are equally attractive to eat.

When using this concept to make decisions it is essential to consider both sides of any situation (left and right) before making a decision so that the decision will be satisfactory for all involved parties.
