Life Coach Session: Two sides of the story
Unless you tell them about it, people won’t be able to see your side of the story.
However, People hold onto the beliefs they wish to.
Even if you told them, their understanding wouldn’t be sufficient.
No matter how many times we try to persuade someone that what they believe is wrong, people will continue to believe what they want to believe.
Do we then stop expressing ourselves?
In no way!
We have the right to express ourselves, and they have the right to their beliefs.
We have the right to interpret ourselves.
We may be disappointed when someone does not regard our words.
In reality though, it’s for our own peace of mind.
Any misunderstanding won’t make us back down because at least we tried.
That is the only issue.
