  • Use the diaphragm to breathe. 
  • Eat with joy. 
  • Get yourself a routine you can live in. 
  • Be considerate.
  •  Recognize that not everybody will adore you. Appreciate who does.
  • Gratitude for those who don’t limit you.
  • Desire what you already own. 
  • Learn to say “no” to demands that interfere with your life.
  •  And to accept the opportunities that help you live.

I’m providing free life coach sessions to anyone who is interested in talking or sharing. I cannot promise that you will acquire morality, but I can promise that I will do my best to hear what you have to say.
