Life Coach Session: someone you like and someone you dislike
Everyone has someone in their life that they like and someone that they don’t.
It’s natural to have different opinions about people, but it’s important to remember to be respectful of everyone.
When it comes to people we like, we tend to praise them for the qualities we admire in them and the care they show towards others.
We appreciate their selflessness and their willingness to take care of those around them.
On the other hand, when it comes to people we dislike, we may judge them harshly for qualities that make us uncomfortable or selfish.
Although it is ok to not like someone, it is important not to let our negative feelings get the best of us and instead treat everyone with respect.
I’ve had a lot of experience with people that I don’t like, but I still try and extend them the same amount of respect that I would someone that I do like.
This can be difficult as some people are very intimidating and make me uncomfortable.
There are always going to be people in your life you dislike, and it’s ok!
At times it’s easy to get caught up in this negativity, but it’s important to remember not to let your feelings get the best of you.
It’s not just about liking or disliking someone, but also about how you feel towards them.
I would say that it’s important to be mindful of both our feelings and the way we respond to those feelings in other people.
