Doing something you really enjoy is so essential to having a fulfilled life. Especially in a world that is so filled with information overload, and a lot of it being negative, finding and spending time working on the things that give you true joy is so important and helps you to mentally balance the other things that may be going on in your life at the same time.
What is one things or activities that you love doing?

Very much these days, people are talking about doing something productive even if it has to be done in your spare time. They have been looking for something worthwhile, something worthwhile to spend their time doing from an early age. I don’t quite agree with it.
We should do something we enjoy, even if it is not productive or profitable in the eyes of others.
Whatever it is, it ought to be something that makes you happy. If it is, it is completely worth your time.
If you ask me, I enjoy watching movies. The fact that it got me out of my miserable zone helped me a lot to become less stressed.

Yes it is good to have fun, enjoy the moment, for no other reason than the fact that it makes you feel good. Especially during times of stress.
