Life Coach Session: The reflection
The mirror of life reflects us in many ways and can be both a source of comfort and hurt.
We often look to the mirror for guidance, but it can also be a source of lies and irresponsible behaviour.
We become too quick to judge, blame, and criticise ourselves instead of looking at the reflection in the mirror with compassion and understanding.
The mirror is not only a reflection of our physical appearance but also our innermost thoughts and feelings.
It is important to remember that while the mirror may show us our flaws, it can also help us recognize our strengths.
Having compassionate Friends is important in our lives to talk about our personal struggles.
It is not always easy for us to be vulnerable and open with others, especially when we are feeling low or insecure.
This practice could be more vulnerable with your friends by opening up more about your personal struggles and struggles that you’re facing as a whole person.
Sometimes, we often forget that our actions and words can have a profound impact on the people around us.
We may not realise it, but what we say and do reflects back on us in many ways.
It’s almost like a mirror – if you hurt yourself, others will hurt you.
If you lie to yourself, others will lie to you.
If you blame yourself, others will blame you too.
It’s important to be mindful of how we treat ourselves and those around us in order to create an environment of understanding and respect for one another.
