
Life Coach Session: Meditation
- Take a seat or lie down, loosen up, close your eyes, and take deep breaths.
- Imagine that you are letting go of all of your wishes and desires.
- Allow any tiredness, grief, or worries to drift away naturally.
- It’s time to disconnect from the outside world and free yourself.
- Imagine that all of your old habits, all of the limitations to accomplishing what you genuinely desire, are being softly dissolved and leaving your body with each breath.
- Release your stress and negative energy from your body with each exhalation.
- And every time you breathe in, take in the inspiration and uplifting energy that is flowing through you.
