Life Coach Session: Meditation

  • Take a seat or lie down, loosen up, close your eyes, and take deep breaths.
  •  Imagine that you are letting go of all of your wishes and desires.
  •  Allow any tiredness, grief, or worries to drift away naturally. 
  • It’s time to disconnect from the outside world and free yourself. 
  • Imagine that all of your old habits, all of the limitations to accomplishing what you genuinely desire, are being softly dissolved and leaving your body with each breath. 
  • Release your stress and negative energy from your body with each exhalation.
  •  And every time you breathe in, take in the inspiration and uplifting energy that is flowing through you.
