Oftentimes, we expect materials or something from people in our lives. Everyday, willingly or unwillingly, we are trying to live up to other people’s expectations of us and we try to push ourselves to the limit and yet we fail because they are constantly changing. 

Sometimes, we expect too much from others, we would be willing to do that much for them. You will probably end up with disappointment if you think people have the same heart as you. When you let go of them and realise you’re not going to please everyone you can be free. Stop trying to live up to other people’s expectations of you.

There’s always going to be someone who is going to hate on you no matter what you do. 

We need to stop worrying so much about what other people think about and start paying more attention to how we feel about ourselves and nurture that instead. 

Don’t expect it from others, but expect from you, from yourself that you can and you will be. Spend all that energy you waste worrying about other people’s opinions and spend it loving yourself instead. 

It’s your life not theirs. 

However, the future is uncertain. We think that something good will happen to us. It is not 100% correct. Maybe something good will happen to us or something bad will happen.

We should be prepared for both situations. The best way is, we need to focus on our present. If the preparation for our present is 100%, then there is nothing to think about our future. Expectation is the root of all heartache.

But remember that, it all depends on you. Although expectations won’t come true, it doesn’t mean it will not definitely happen. There is a 50% chance for everything. You can expect that you can be or you will be of everything. It’s your aspiration or strong belief in yourself. It doesn’t have to rely on some other’s opinions or judgements. You all have the right to make choices. A lot can happen when you’re devoted to your decisions.It’s called hope.
