Forgiveness

It is tough to forgive one who has hurt you. Especially if a person is so precious to you. That you would never expect anything terrible from them. You’ve had your whole life for him or her. It’s not easy, but you must persevere. The more important they are to you, the sooner you should forgive them.

Because refusing to forgive yourself will continue to ruin you. It will slowly consume you. Day by day, you will become more unhappy.

It’s not about forgiving somebody; it really is about forgiving yourself. You must let your mind leave the darkness.

It involves a decision to let go of resentment and thoughts of revenge. The act that hurt or offended you might always be with you, but forgiveness can lessen its grip on you and help free you from the control of the person who harmed you.

Studies have found that the act of forgiveness can reap huge rewards for your health, lowering the risk of heart attack; improving cholesterol levels and sleep; and reducing pain, blood pressure, and levels of anxiety, depression and stress.

Forgive others, not because they deserve forgiveness, but because you deserve peace.
