Don’t compare yourself to others & try these things
Given the obsession we have in modern life with perfection, it might be difficult to resist comparing ourselves to others. We may set the bar even higher if we begin to evaluate our successes and accomplishments. It is normal to judge yourself against others and perhaps feel jealous of them. However, you are misdirecting your attention when you become fixated on your flaws rather than your strengths. It can be crippling and perhaps prevent you from engaging in many activities in life. Constantly comparing yourself to others might undermine your self-worth and cause you to feel self-conscious. Become conscious of how you see yourself and resist the impulse to compare yourself to others.Set goals for yourself that will build your confidence, and relearn behaviours that will improve your opinion of yourself.

Such good tips. Is like comparing an apple to a pear, people have strengths in different areas and not everyone has the potential to be the best at something. Like you say this doesn’t make us happy as being the best, probably isn’t that “fun”.

We all do, of course. Do you know what is most fun and interesting?
Being real. If you can’t do something, so what? Nothing is wrong with it. Once you are being honest with yourself, you will find the miracles hidden in yourself.💜
