
Life Coach Session: The Comfort Zone
We may become trapped in unsatisfying work, bad relationships, and other negative attitudes.
It used to be referred to as “the comfort zone.”
In actuality, it is “the stagnation zone” and not “the comfort.”
It comes from a fear of implementing a new change.
It is the fear about possible suffering brought on by change.
It is the fear of hurting yourself.
The fear of challenging yourself and others is what it is.
Being uncomfortable is becoming more and more comfortable.
You do not need to cope with everything as everything is okay.
If you feel stuck, you’re getting out of it.
