Imagine your mind as a room. Which decorations would you use? 

Would you stuff your room with extra things and make it uncomfortable? 

Whom do you think you should invite over? 

Everyone? or the ones you love and appreciate? 

Or would you make sure you have enough room to enjoy yourself? 

You are in charge of everything in your room. 

So, likewise,  would you let your mind become chaotic or would you allow it to become peaceful?
